Natalie Dress by Peek-a-boo Pattern Shop (and a GIVEAWAY!)

Today I'm super excited to be a part of the Peek-a-boo Pattern Holiday Tour!  I used the Natalie Dress Pattern to make Charlotte a beautiful Thanksgiving Dress.

She is obsessed with squirrels right now, so when I found this squirrel and acorn fabric I knew it would be perfect!

I love this pattern!  The pleats are so pretty.  Sometimes when you're sewing with a knit and a woven fabric wherever they connect it can get a little wonky, but with this pattern that part is COVERED so it doesn't matter!  Isn't that brilliant!?  I did alter the sleeves because Charlotte loves long sleeves (like, even in 90 degree weather, she's weird.)

I decided on a satin ribbon instead of a sewn sash.  I think it looks lovely.

If you'd like to purchase this or any of the other fabulous patterns at the Peek-a-boo Pattern shop use coupon code "hohoho" to receive 25% off!
