Go-To Leggings Pattern and a Quick Tutorial

I've been totally obsessed with olive green lately...can you tell?  When I agreed to test Andrea Pannell's  Go-To Leggings Pattern I knew immediately what I wanted to do:  mix olive green and a bold black and white print.  

Things I love about Andrea's pattern:  there is a skirt pattern as well so you can have a skirt with leggings attached.  Also, there are several ways to customize the leggings, like cutouts, bows, ruching, all kinds of cool stuff!

Of course, I had to make Caroline a shirt to go with her new skirt (because I don't have enough to do already!).  I chose to use Melissa Mora's saddle polo pattern, but changed the neckline to an elastic one.  I added an olive green heart, but it still needed something.

I decided to add the word "Love" in typewriter style letters.  I couldn't find my ink pad anywhere, so this is what I did:
