Romper to Skirt Quicky Tutorial

I hate it when the girls grow out of things that have super cute fabric.  Ellie has several Summer rompers from last Summer that are now too small, and it seemed a shame to throw them out.  You know the kind, they're shirred at the top and super puffy on the heiny :-)

 This is super quick!  

 First cut off the bottom and the straps.  Hem the bottom.  

 Fold the top in the front and back and sew across.

Then thread with ribbon or a strip of knit jersey.

 See?  So simple, so quick.

And my little walker loves it!
