My daughter likes this idea. Do the shoes need to be heat set in case they get caught in the rain?
ReplyDeleteIt has been 2 years and many rain storms since I made these and I can honestly say that mine have not bled if they got wet. Sharpies has come out with a new fabric marker and I highly recommend those, the colors stay vibrant and there is absolutely no bleeding!
